GenAsys consulting was formed as part of Genasys Computer Systems Limited back in the mid 1990’s as a vehicle to provide a variety of consulting work to companies large and small. The projects have been varied and provided mainly by me. These include projects for a 2 Billion turnover corporation and a project for a company of 6 people and most sizes of company in between.
So why should companies use Genasys rather than one of the large consultancy firms?
The key question is are you looking for academic specialization or broad experience? The latter is where we are strong. Large consultancy companies also charge premium rates, especially for the more senior staff, sometimes a thousand pounds per day or even more.
If you are looking for professional assistance by someone who has had a long varied career and a lot of experience, then this is what I provide. If I need to call upon colleagues to assist in a project, they will be people with a similar pedigree that have the skills that match the particular need.
I have personally held positions at all managerial levels and have a background that includes Engineering, IT, Sales and Marketing with a bit of Financial experience along the way.
As an independent consultant I have been responsible for projects that include Sales Training, Sales Management, Manufacturing projects, IT support and even contracts assistance
